Prevention and control procedures

For all processes in which conventional products are also processed, it must be documented that the machines have been cleaned prior to organic use.

Such protocols are intended to demonstrate that there is no contamination with conventional products.

In order for all requirements to be met to avoid physical, chemical, biological, and allergenic risks, a series of rules, recommendations, indications and so on must be followed. This is reflected in the protocols.

We analyze it’s quality and hygiene system and provide it with the necessary protocols for the operators to reach the established objectives.
